The Bowman House invites you to relax and enjoy the historical aesthetics of our home throughout your stay in the quaint mountain town of Waynesboro, Virginia. Built in 1910, Carl and Nettie Bowman made their lives here and had a daughter they named Virginia. Owning this establishment has been a dream come true for the current Innkeepers, husband and wife David and Janice Smith. They searched for years for the perfect home to become innkeepers of, that was close to the Appalachian Trail.

The Bowman House is here to offer you a classic home away from home that you can relish in. Take a walk back through Thyme with our signature dishes.
